How to Make an Omelette

Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk or cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter or oil
  • Fillings of your choice (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat the butter or oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.

Tips:

  • To make a thicker omelette, use more milk or cream.
